First Look: The Academy Of Art University’s Fall ’12 NYFW Collection
If there’s one show that sticks out on San Francisco’s low-key fashion calendar, it’s that of the students at the Academy of Art University. Not only is it the hands-down best show in the city (here’s the proof!), going down in the spring, it’s also the only student-focused runway presentation that takes its show on the road all the way to New York Fashion Week. Falconwright is a just-launched Toronto accessories brand that’s rad enough to make “screenprinted change purse” into a kind of Pavlovian trigger for accessories... Read More

The designs were created exclusively for the Meadham Kirchhoff spring ’12 “A Wolf In Lamb’s Clothing” runway show, but people went so crazy for them that Nail Rock founder Zoe Pocock decided to release them to the masses. The designs, which are now sold at CVS as well, are made of vinyl, but they function the same way as nail... Read More
